Terms of Service 

 

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all of the following services and rentals provided by Hyperbaric Healing Center:

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
  • Red Light Therapy / Photobiomodulation
  • Oxygen Concentrator Rental & Use
  • Any additional wellness services or equipment offered by our facility

2. Not Medical Advice

Hyperbaric Healing Center does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. All services are wellness-based and non-medical. Clients acknowledge that:

  • Services are not a replacement for professional medical care.
  • Staff members are not medical professionals unless explicitly stated.
  • You should consult your physician before using HBOT, red light therapy, or oxygen concentrators.

3. Eligibility & Health Requirements

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are voluntarily choosing to participate.
  • You have been medically cleared to use these services.
  • You do not have any contraindications such as untreated pneumothorax, CO₂ retention COPD, active infections, severe claustrophobia, recent ear surgery, or fever.
  • You will notify staff immediately of any discomfort, pain, or health changes.

4. Equipment Care & Rental Responsibilities

For oxygen concentrator rentals, you agree to:

  • Use equipment only as instructed.
  • Keep equipment clean and protected.
  • Not modify, open, or attempt repair on the unit.
  • Return equipment in the same condition (normal wear excepted).
  • Pay for any damage, loss, or missing items.
  • Pay rental fees until the equipment is fully returned.

5. Risks Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that all services carry inherent risks:

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy:

  • Ear or sinus discomfort
  • Barotrauma
  • Temporary vision changes
  • Dizziness or fatigue

Red Light Therapy:

  • Temporary skin irritation
  • Eye strain without protective eyewear

Oxygen Concentrator Use:

  • Fire hazards if used near flames
  • Risks from improper handling or misuse

You fully understand and accept these risks.

6. Release of Liability, Waiver & Hold Harmless

6.1 Release of Liability

You release and discharge Hyperbaric Healing Center, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising from your participation in services or use of equipment.

6.2 Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with HBOT, red light therapy, and oxygen concentrator use.

6.3 Hold Harmless & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from any claims brought by yourself, your family, your estate, or third parties due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

6.4 No Guarantees

No specific wellness or health outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary per individual.

7. Payment, Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

  • All payments are due at booking.
  • No refunds for completed or missed services.
  • No-shows count as a full session.
  • Rescheduling must occur at least 8 hours before your appointment.
  • Late arrivals may shorten or forfeit session time.

8. Equipment Safety & Rules

You agree to follow all facility safety protocols, including:

  • No smoking or vaping near equipment.
  • No flammable items inside or near the chamber.
  • Proper use and care of all rented equipment.
  • Compliance with all posted and verbal instructions.

9. Photography, Media & Privacy

Recording or photography is only allowed with prior permission to protect client privacy.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to deny or terminate services due to safety concerns, misuse, or inappropriate behavior.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, all remaining sections remain in full effect.

13. Acknowledgment & Consent

By using our services, booking appointments, signing, or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms in this legally binding agreement.
